Excellent hotel with friendly staff!

Our superior queen room had amazing space, and it felt like home. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the convenient tube station was just across the street.

Felt so taken care of, no reason to complain.

The room had a charming decor, though the air conditioning was excessively noisy.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hilton. The staff were efficient in handling my business needs, assisting with setting up my presentation equipment smoothly. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby dining options. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices suitable for vegetarians, including fresh fruits and pastries.

Imperfections in room maintenance were noted.

The Hilton offers a great location in central London, just a short walk from Paddington Station. My room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The fitness center is impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly at check-in and during breakfast service. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and healthy choices.

The location is fairly convenient for exploring the area, with a central underground stop nearby. The superior queen room offered ample space for a group, featuring two queen beds for added comfort.

Unfortunately, the room experience left much to be desired. It had a lingering detergent and urinal smell, which was highly off-putting. Even after reaching out to room service, no resolution was made. This kind of oversight detracted from the stay significantly. Outside, the noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

The room was spacious, which was great for our family. We had two queen beds, so everyone was comfy. The overall cleanliness was not bad, but the damp smell and wet patch in the carpet were a turn-off. The bathroom was okay, but I expected a bit more considering it's a Hilton. It was super busy, but that just comes with such a large hotel.

An unfortunate experience unfolded during the stay, beginning with a delayed check-in due to the room not being ready until 4:20 pm. The accommodations were aged, with beds as uncomfortable as cots and minimal TV options available. the on-site restaurant provided excellent homemade pasta, which was a highlight amidst the disappointing aspects of the visit.

Family with children friendly stay

Had a great time with my family during our stay, the breakfast was plentiful and full of options, we really enjoyed that. The staff was kind and helpful, made our visit much better than we expected.

It wasn’t cheap let’s just say but still acceptable for what we got.

The room was spacious with super comfy beds, and I definitely slept better here than in most hotels, which was a nice surprise! I enjoyed some quality downtime by the pool and at the spa, both perfect spots to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Just a small note, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊
